How to delete my account?

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the Changers CO2 Fit app.

If you have already uninstalled the app from your mobile phone, please go to the respective app store and install the Changers CO2 Fit app on your smartphone again. Then follow the steps below to safely delete your account.

If you write to us, we cannot know that you are yourself and our helpdesk staff have no approval from us to make changes to your account, also for data protection reasons. Therefore we have created the function "delete account" easy to find in your profile.

How to delete your account in the Changers CO2 Fit app.

Open the Changers CO2 fit app. At the bottom right you will find the menu item "MORE". Activate it. In My Profile click on your name and scroll down to the bottom of the screen that appears. There you will find the "delete account". Click on it and confirm the deletion in the warning. Your account is now deleted and cannot be restored.
